

No doubt intended as a sewing machine lamp. The base flange is marked Stockham- they made plumbing fittings. The upright and lamp arm is standard 1/4 IPS iron pipe.
The socket joint assembly is no doubt a Singer. So, the only proprietary part is the articulating joint that connects the upright to the lamp arm.
Dale made lamps using all Faries parts and simply stamped their logo on them. So this is nothing new. I've seen another, identical, so there might be more. It's a great looking industrial lamp.I think 1920's-40's.
