This Union Special 11900 is a vintage twin needle industrial sewing machine used for parallel rows of chain stitching. Designed for chain-stitch seams on tubular garments. This particular type of sewing machine, often referred to as a "lap seamer" or "feed-up-the-arm", was commonly used for sewing seams on items like knitwear- such as t-shirts, underwear, sweaters, and other lightweight fabrics. The machine is designed for light weight fabrics.

Often used for shirt manufacturing, underwear - lightweight garment seams. It appears to be complete w/ the exception of the cover being broken and one other part. Both included in the pictures.
