Tysew TY-772-1 Carpet Overlock/Over Edge Industrial Sewing Machine. This machine comes complete with head, energy motor, wheel stand, table and cotton stand. The TY-772-1 has been perfected to sew both external and internal corners whilst maintaining the high quality of finish.

Stitching is able to be adjusted to completely cover the top and bottom edges of the carpet or can be set to just cover the visible areas. The latter setting is preferred by some customers as this allows the leading edge of the carpet to sit flush with hard floor surfaces which also uses much less yarn reducing costs. The TY-772-1 is suitable for overedging the following applications. Stair Runners, Rugs, Floor Mats, Car Mats, Carpet Samples, Auto Trimming, Train Carpets, Caravan Carpets, Boat Trimming and Much More! From thick carpets to thin, the TY-772-1 can easily cope, however on some of the extremely thick carpets we recommend that the edges should be bevelled prior to sewing in order to create a neater slimmer edge profile that will also reduce the tripping hazard. Adjustable Stitch Length (4 - 12mm). Single Phase 13 amp (can be used at home). This machine will be delivered on a pallet and fully assembled and ready to use, it will be bolted down to the pallet and you will need an adjustablener to remove the machine from the pallet. For an additional charge this machine can be delivered by a qualified sewing machine mechanic, he will offload the machine and give a tutorial on how to use it.
