Singer SLF 2 Articulated Light Bakelite Industrial Sewing Machine, blue lens

Listed here is a vintage Singer SLF-2 light that works with blue glass lens. It came off of a Singer tacking machine and I replaced the plug so that it works and installed a new bulb.

The base is meant to be fastened to a surface with 3 screws. The base was repurposed from the machine and was originally used to hold a spool of thread as the lamp was attached to the machine originally. I included a photo that shows the post and where it was welded to the bracket that holds the lamp. I have not really cleaned up the lamp and cord much. As always it is my intent to list items as accurately as possible and to the best of my ability.
