Singer 16-81 industrial sewing machine makes one inch stitch

Singer 16-81 industrial sewing machine from 1912. Stitch length range is 1/4 inch to 1 inch, stitch length adjustment is done from the underside of the machine. Originally used a roller presser foot which is missing. The bed on this machine is wider than a normal industrial machine so it will not fit in the standard table opening. The table is in good shape but the motor requires an external clutch which is not there.
