Rimoldi Industrial Sewing Machine Knife Sharpener, Model #002. Diamond Wheel has wear as can be seen in pictures, but sharpened a knife and seems to still work fine. Comes with knife die 272-BK-675 shown in picture, which i believe is common for overlocker serger machines. I tried to take good pictures.
