I did replace the take up lever and the leather treadle belt. All other parts are original to the machine as far as I know. This was in a shoe repair shop for 80+ years before closing 20+ years ago. I did clean off a lot of shoe polish residue. The machine is very heavy.
It's 45 tall from foot of base to top of take up lever, 28 inches long at the longest part of base, and 19 inches wide at widest part of base. The machine can easily be bolted to the base.
