Unpack the machine, check whether all the parts are intact, and clean the machine thoroughly. Place and fix the machine body on the table plate stably, and assemble the machine.Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding. Rotate the upper wheel in the clockwise direction, enable the machine needle to reach the left end and guide the thread according to the specified path. Feed the to-be-sewn material and prepare for sewing. At the beginning, tread on the foot switch to slowly start the machine, and observe the condition that the to-be-sewn material passes through the fabric guide plate. After ensuring the condition is normal, operate the machine to conduct normal sewing.
After completing the sewing operation, stop the machine, rotate the upper wheel in the clockwise direction, cut off the sewing thread and take out the sewn material. Before use, carefully remove the protective oil, dust and dirt on the machine. During cleaning, pay special attention to vulnerable parts such as the looper and feed mechanism to avoid damaging the components. After 2-4 weeks of trial operation, the operator has mastered the machine proficiently, and the rotation speed can be increased to 2500rpm accordingly. Do not start the machine when there is no sewing material between the feed dog and the presser feet, unless the knee leaning rod is pressed down. Otherwise, it will cause accelerated wear between the feed dog and the left/right presser feet. Do not touch the running parts during operation.
