Vintage Singer Cylinder Arm Sewing Machine 29-4 Leather Industrial Cobbler Tool. I have the smaller one listed. I have not done anything to this machine I do not want to damage anything.

The machine is separated from the base it looks like it has 4 bolts to attach to base. It has an electric motor on it but I have not tried it. It also looks like it will be used by pedaling but Im not sure.
